Leigh holds over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, blending wisdom from diverse lineages ~ Body Mind Life (200hr Foundation), The Yin Space with Mel McLaughlin (50hr), Yoga for Athletes with Tiffany Cruikshank (25hr), and Body Poetry ~ Spanda, Bhavana, Metta & Soma with Lara Zilibowitz (200hr).
In a private 1:1 session, you are invited into a sacred hour of presence — a space where the body can move, soften, and be deeply met. Whether in a flowing vinyasa or a still yin journey, Leigh offers intuitive guidance for alignment, integration, and inner assimilation — supporting your evolution into a more holistic, embodied practice.
Leigh welcomes you to her Yoga Shala ~ shala meaning home ~ nestled at 2 Mount Street, Glenbrook. Here, yoga becomes inquiry: a conversation between science and spirit, a place where breath, fascia, and feeling intertwine. Each session may weave together somatic meditation, emotional exploration, breathwork, and myofascial release — easing both soreness and soul.
As you arrive, please remove your shoes, enter in gentle silence, and allow yourself a few quiet minutes in the reception space to arrive and prepare. Mats and props are provided, though you are warmly welcome to bring your own.
Together, we’ll flow and release, saluting the sun and moon, and honouring the eternal dance between stillness and motion ~ an invitation to come home to your body.
