Warrioress Studio

Welcome to the Warrioress Studio, nestled on Dharug Country in the Blue Mountains.

I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which Warrioress is created and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging. Their deep connection to Country continues to inspire reverence, respect and care for the natural world.

Surrounded by nature, not far from the mountain trails that inspire every design, this small creative studio is where every Warrioress piece begins its journey.

From the first sketch and pattern development through to cutting, sewing, finishing, labelling and packing, every garment is thoughtfully crafted by my own hands.

Unlike mass-produced activewear, Warrioress is created slowly and intentionally. Fabrics arrive from Europe and are transformed in-studio using patterns developed in-house. Each garment is cut, overlocked, coverstitched and finished here in the Blue Mountains, with carefully selected components including recycled threads, recycled labels and ethically sourced materials wherever possible.

This space is more than a sewing studio.

It is a place of creativity, movement and connection.

The afternoon sun streams through the western windows while the voices of Kate Bush, Stevie Nicks, Annie Lennox, Florence Welch, Yaima and Ajeet soundtrack the making process. Some days it's music, other days it's an audiobook on mythology, creativity or personal growth. There may be a meditation playing quietly in the background and a cup of tea close at hand.

Studio assistant Stormy, the resident feline supervisor, can usually be found stretched across pattern pieces, claiming the sunniest spots and ensuring quality control remains delightfully unpredictable.

Every garment leaves this space infused with care, craftsmanship and gratitude.

Not simply made for adventure, but created in honour of women, movement and Mother Earth.
