Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your Warrioress garment and feel confident wearing it on your adventures.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns for a refund or store credit may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration

Bespoke & Custom-Made Items

As Warrioress offers bespoke sizing and made-to-order customisations, garments created specifically to your requested measurements or specifications cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

If you are unsure about sizing, please get in touch before ordering. I'm always happy to help find the best fit for you.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

As a small independent maker, Warrioress is unable to cover return shipping expenses at this time.

For peace of mind, I recommend using a tracked postal service, as Warrioress cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty Items

Every Warrioress garment is individually handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find the best solution together.

Repairs

In keeping with the Warrioress commitment to conscious creation and reducing waste, I offer an "I Care, I Repair" service for garments that need a little extra love after many adventures.
