Leigh holds 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, weaving wisdom from Body Mind Life (200hr Foundation), The Yin Space with Mel McLaughlin (50hr), Yoga for Athletes with Tiffany Cruikshank (25hr), and Body Poetry ~ Spanda, Bhavana, Metta & Soma with Lara Zilibowitz (200hr). Her teachings honour both science and spirit, guiding you home to the body’s innate intelligence.
Join Leigh for 1-hour offerings at her Yoga Shala ~ shala meaning home ~ at 2 Mount Street, Glenbrook.

Dynamic movement, sun saluting & stretching to activate strength, mobility & vitality.
🌙 Weekday PM ~ Passive Recovery
Chill flow into restorative poses, gentle assists & hands-on healing to soothe and unwind.
✨ Sunday PM ~ Chill Flow / Yin
A sacred pause for exploration of the deeper tissues & to reconnect with your subtle body.
Each practice invites you to enquire within, blending emotional exploration, somatic meditation, breathwork & myofascial release to soothe soreness and soul.
Please arrive up to ten minutes early to settle in the reception space, remove your shoes & enter in silence in mindful presence. Mats and props are provided, though you’re warmly welcomed to bring your own.
I can honestly say that Leigh’s yoga classes have completely changed my life.
I’ve always enjoyed running, but after years of playing netball, my body had become incredibly stiff and tight. Since starting yoga in January 2026, I’ve noticed such a difference. My body feels stronger, more flexible, and freer than it has in years.
Like most people, stress has been a significant part of my life. Yoga has given me the tools to release that stress, slow down, and bring myself back to centre. It’s been life-changing, not just physically but mentally as well.
If you want to add a new dimension to your well being, this is a must. Leigh is very experienced & guides you through all the poses very well. Her voice instructions throughout is like music to my ears. Highly recommend!

Yoga that is grounding yet lifts the weight of the world away. Leigh has so many ways of modifying all the poses to individualise the session and takes the time to really settle into each pose.
